Lamai Viewpoint Koh Samui is a selection of three natural attractions and a thrilling ride, all in one well-developed venue in the island of Koh Samui.
Just off the main ring road, close to the access road for Hin Ta and Hin Yai rocks, Lamai Viewpoint Koh Samui offers impressive views and great photo opportunities as well as within easy reach of Lamai Beach.
There are three natural attractions at the bottom of Lamai mountain. They are Valentine stone, the waterfall with pond and a natural fish spa. At the top is a viewpoint with a café/bar and zipline.
The Valentine Stone is a large rock that has been naturally shaped so that it roughly resembles a heart, though a second rock balanced on top of it does slightly ruin the effect. According to local custom, couples will love each other forever if they touch the stone.

Siva Tara Waterfall is a charming little flow of freshwater running down the hillside, with a viewing platform close by, where you can get a good view and chance for pictures.
The splash pool runs into a small area which has been sectioned off. There you can enjoy a cozy fish spa.
To reach Lamai Viewpoint Koh Samui on the top of the mountain, you can go hiking or just take a cable car.
It takes about ten minutes to walk up the steep mountain on a concrete path. An easier way to get to the top of the mountain is by cable car. Take the ride on a steep slope, facing Lamai and the sea.
Close to the top is the viewing platform. Enjoy the cozy breeze and wonderful scenery of 180 degrees over Lamai and the Gulf of Thailand. There are snacks, drinks and ice cream in the bar on the platform.
The viewpoint is also an excellent place to watch the sunset.

Reaching the zipline requires a brief stop at the viewpoint to collect the necessary equipment which includes a V-shaped piece of wood to prevent you from spinning around mid-flight, and regularly serviced safety gear. Then you take a further short walk.
The ride is suitable for all ages and comes in two 450-metre-long stretches, first skimming across the jungle canopy and then across the mouth of the valley at a height of 80 metres before bringing you back to the viewpoint.
